Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. When returning the goods, they must be unused, in their original and undamaged packaging with markings. The buyer is responsible for keeping the goods in the condition in which they were received, i.e. they must be free of tobacco, perfume or other odours, as well as cosmetic and other stains and fibres.

In order to use the right of withdrawal, the receipt, receipt slip or delivery note must be retained.

If the goods are not as ordered or are found to be defective, you can exchange the goods, choose another product worth the amount you paid or get a refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to purchases of

• sex toys and aids, their care and storage;
• lubricants, massage oils and gels;
• perfumes, cosmetics and hygiene products (including stimulating cosmetics), razors;
• condoms;
• whips and floggers and other BDSM accessories with fabric, leather, latex or silicone parts;
• latex and vinyl (PVC) bed linen and clothing;
• stockings, tights, fishnet dresses, catsuits, bodysuits, underwear and lingerie sets, provided that the sealed packaging of the panties or stockings included in the set is opened;
• wigs;
• batteries;
• books;
• gift cards;
• sets containing the aforementioned goods.

Returns and exchanges

If the goods are not as ordered or are defective, we offer free returns and exchanges. To return or exchange an item, please send Customer Service a message using the form below.

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with further information about the return procedure.

The return of the goods is free of charge:
• This service is provided by Omniva (from parcel post)
• In Lithuania and Estonia, by Omniva (from a post office).

For return of goods from other countries, the buyer pays according to the tariffs of the chosen postal/courier company and these costs are not reimbursed to the buyer.
