General rules
1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.2. The Privacy Policy applies to ensure the privacy and protection of personal data of all data subjects, including the following groups (collectively, "Customers"):
2.1. natural persons - the Company's customers (including potential, former and existing customers), their representatives, property owners and other related parties;
2.2. natural persons - representatives, contact persons of the Company's Clients (legal entities);
2.3. visitors to the Company's premises, including those subject to video surveillance;
2.4. visitors to the websites maintained by the Company;
2.5. persons whose personal data is processed on social networks in connection with activities organised by the Company.
3.The Company shall take care of the privacy and personal data protection of the Customers, respect the Customers' right to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation - the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter - the Regulation) and other applicable legislation in the area of privacy and data processing.
4 The Privacy Policy shall apply to data processing regardless of the form and/or medium in which the Customer provides personal data (in person, on the Company's website, electronically, on paper or by telephone).
5. The Company shall comply with the following basic principles in processing personal data:
5.1. lawfulness and fairness;
5.2. transparency;
5.3. purpose limitation;
5.4. adequacy (data minimisation);
5.5. accuracy;
5.6. storage limitation;
5.7. integrity and confidentiality;
5.8. accountability.
The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 1-3 days of receipt of payment for the goods, the delivery time to be agreed with the Buyer (If the product is in Erocity warehouse) or 2-8 days if the product is located in manufacturers warehouse.
