Parcel Locker Delivery

The delivery times shown are estimated and apply to orders placed on business days before 7:00 PM.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Latvia: 1–2 business days
  • Lithuania: 2–3 business days
  • Estonia: 2–3 business days

Orders placed after 7:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer if the selected parcel locker is full, temporarily unavailable, or during periods of high shipping volume.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

If you would like your order delivered outside Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia, please contact us at info@erocity.lv. We will provide a custom shipping quote based on your destination.

Discrete Packaging

All orders are shipped in completely discreet packaging without any indication of the contents or the name of our store.

Once your order has been dispatched or placed in a parcel locker, you will receive an SMS or email notification with collection details.

Important Information

  • Free shipping within Latvia is available for orders over EUR 25.00.
  • Free shipping to Lithuania and Estonia is available for orders over EUR 40.00.
  • Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high demand.
  • If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's storage period, it may be returned to the sender.

Customs & Taxes

All prices displayed on Erocity.lv include 21% VAT.

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local fees according to the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping documents will state the actual value of the goods and the shipping costs paid by the customer.

Businesses registered for VAT in another European Union member state may be eligible to purchase goods without Latvian VAT, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
