Parcel Locker Delivery

The delivery times shown are average estimates and apply to orders placed on business days before 7:00 PM.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Latvia:
  • DPD: 1–2 business days
  • Omniva: 1–2 business days
  • Latvijas Pasts: 1–2 business days
• Lithuania:
  • DPD: 1–2 business days
  • Omniva: 1–3 business days
  • Smartposti: 1–2 business days
• Estonia:
  • Smartposti: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after 7:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In some cases, delivery may take longer if the selected parcel locker is full, temporarily unavailable, or during periods of increased shipping volume.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

If you would like your order to be delivered to another country, please contact us at info@erocity.lv. We will review the available shipping options and provide you with an individual shipping quote based on the destination.

Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in completely discreet packaging. There are no indications of the contents or the store name on the outside of the package.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier or placed in a parcel locker, you will receive an SMS or email with collection details.

Important Information

• Free shipping within Latvia on orders over EUR 25.00.
• Free Omniva and Smartposti shipping within Lithuania on orders over EUR 25.00.
• Free DPD shipping within Lithuania on orders over EUR 3.95.
• Free shipping within Estonia on orders over EUR 25.00.
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays or periods of high shipping demand.
• If a parcel is not collected from the parcel locker within the specified time, it may be returned to the sender.
